Dress up Flight Sim
Chief Pilot Chris Tripp has supplied us with this collection of Splash Screens for FS2004.
To install:

Make a backup copy of you original splashscreen file Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\UIRES\dlgsplash.bmp

Copy and rename any of the new splashscreen files into the UIRES folder as dlgsplash.bmp

Note : there is a randomizer program available from Flightsim com or Avsim, but I find it just as easy to replace them one by one.
Simply click on the thumbnail to download each screen.
